Transactions:  
Mr. Mast represents developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, contractors, and home builders in a wide range of real estate and finance matters, including the acquisition, entitlement, financing, construction, development, leasing and ultimate disposition of residential, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use commercial real estate projects. Mr. Mast’s past experience includes being a lead lawyer in connection with such wide range projects as the development of the Collier Center and Central Park East in downtown Phoenix, The Scottsdale Spectrum in Scottsdale, the last five office and mixed-use towers in the Camelback Esplanade in Phoenix, the Scottsdale Waterfront development in Scottsdale, and the Mesa Fiesta, Arcadia Crossing, Scottsdale Fiesta and Hill Country Galleria mixed-use shopping center developments. In addition, Mr. Mast was lead counsel for the buyers of the Chrysler Proving Grounds property and various other large land acquisition and development projects. Mr. Mast routinely serves as counsel in a variety of other office, industrial, retail, condominium and residential projects located throughout the Southwest.
